“As someone who values robust frameworks and comes from a research background and career, I was curious to see how this coaching approach would benefit me.

I had done career coaching before following a career break from starting a family. While I found the career coaching useful towards thinking about my career, strengths and interests, it lacked a framework to empower me to make positive changes and to better understand some of the beliefs that were holding me back from pursuing my goals.

Coaching with Sanam has been very useful in helping me to navigate the reasons driving my choices and provided me a supportive environment to compare different approaches and possible outcomes. The coaching provided me concrete frameworks to work with and helped me to unpack the complex nature of how I was showing up in situations. I explored the impact of my values, my communication skills and relationships towards my goals. As a result I have experienced a tremendous level of personal growth.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sanam as a coach. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable in her approach, combining compassion with high level of enthusiasm and expertise in the work towards my personal development and growth. I could not have a chosen a better coach to partner with.”

About Sanam:

I believe an authentic connection with a coach is the most important factor in building sustainable, impactful, and inspiring change. The right coach will help facilitate the personal development you need for your defined goals.

My professional experiences, personal background, and motivations in life all shape my multi-faceted approach to coaching.

The areas I work with in regards to coaching are with individuals in a state of transition in their life including: academic & career change (including retirement), relationship & parenting shifts (including fertility issues), life after loss, professional transitions (corporate trainees, new managers, business revisioning) and re-evaluation of one's purpose, vision, and values at any time.

Navigating my own transitions successfully has allowed me the ability to hold a deep amount of space and awareness for the moments of transition you might be navigating, and the confidence to know only you have the exact right solution for yourself.

My journey has many moments of transition where life completely shifted, often with little direction of how to move forward. In navigating huge personal changes including an eating disorder, an international move, death of a parent, corporate career promotions & leaving corporate life, and motherhood, I have learned that while one can weather moments of personal upheaval, uncertainty, and growth alone, the journey is much faster with support in understanding how to re:think those instances, and define and apply the questions:

1. Who am I?

2. What do I want?

3. What resources do I have?

...to answer “How are the lows in life perfectly orchestrated to facilitate the highs.”

Professionally, I have 15+ years of corporate and start-up experience in USA and Asia Pacific, with 8+ years in director / senior leadership / managerial roles. My professional focus was on strategy (BOD-level), business development, and marketing strategy.

My diverse education & work experience has brought a unique lens to how I coach in terms of what frameworks I utilise and an understanding of the realities of education, corporate life, start-up life, and work vs. family priorities.
