Nigel is a retired banker with a career spanning 40 years during which he was based in UK, Belgium, Thailand and Hong Kong. He has now an executive coaching, focusing on career management and career development - ensuring that clients also flourish in their chosen profession.

Nigel is accredited with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL), and the International Coach Federation. Using his experiences in banking, Nigel focuses on leadership development through team coaching, supporting direct reports and talented individuals globally in banking and finance industries. He has helped clients in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America across leisure, construction, professional, NGO and finance sectors.

Nigel and his wife (of nearly 40 years) have been based in HK since the late 90s. He is a distance runner, often participating in fundraising through his running, raising awareness and funds for marginalised within our societies. He’s travelled to over 30 countries. He’s widely read particularly enjoying books that challenge thinking and forcing a reappraisal of the world in which we live.
